The property was clean and well run. Our room location, was on the ground floor, we would prefer a room at a higher level. Restaurant and bar was very good.

Great spot

Everything was great, amenities, location, etc. Only complaint would be the extremely loud air conditioning system in the room. If that could be resolved I’d say it was a perfect spot.

The neighborhood is nice and quaint. Everything you need is a 3 min walk. Lisa at the Tiki hut is AMAZING!!! She’ll take care of you when you are poolside.

On-site: doormen, bellhop, concierge, spa, reasonably-priced restaurant, live entertainment, tiki bar poolside, poolside events, heated pool, short walkway to ocean in the Best Little Town in Florida. Gorgeous accommodations...didn't want to leave. Washer/dryer on floor. Parking lot on-site.

Found this property at last minute when original booking was cancelled by owner. Worked out for the best. On the beach. Restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. Amenities great. Close to areas we wanted to visit. Kitchenette and living room met our needs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean facility

Definitely needs updated

The property needs to be updated!! View from balcony did not match VRBO picture. We were on 2nd floor and ocean view was blocked. We had the solid wall on our balcony. The beach was great and pool was nice. The Tv and entertainment system was dated with ppv options instead of being able to access streaming services. Locatipn was great.

They made it right

Nice property on the beach. Singer Island is our preferred beach. We've stayed at this property numerous times over the last ten years. When we booked we were asked if wee had ant preferences. We specified wanting to be on the north side of the resort because on the south side the trash trucks and delivery trucks show up very early and make a lot of noise. The booking specifies that nothing is guaranteed, only that they would do their best to accommodate. On arrival we were given a room on the first floor, inside corner with absolutely no privacy or view. I don't think it was a unit that was ever used, but because it was a very busy time they had no choice but to put someone in it. The TV was falling off the wall and the counter in the bathroom had been painted. We couldn't open the drapes without everyone being able to see in. There was no view looking out so we just kept them closed. Not exactly what we had hoped for. We were told that that was all that was available but to check back on Monday, this was Saturday, to see if we could be moved. First thing Monday we went to the desk and given the option to move to a room on the 4th floor with a view of the ocean and beach. It took us about 15 minutes to pack up and make the move. So, first 2 days I would maybe give them a 1 star. The remaining 5 days, a 5 star. Nice resort, but believe them when they say they can't guarantee any room. You could get stuck on the inside corner of the 1st floor watching everyone coming and going
