The home was perfect for our multi-generational family trip. Very well appointed. The young adults enjoyed the ping pong and Cornhole, all of us enjoyed the pool and patio. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of couch and table space for us to all be together!

The house was adorable. It was nicely updated. We had 5 people stay for an ASU graduation. One of the full baths was on the other end of the house from the bedrooms. That was good or bad depending on how you look at it. It was close to campus and stores. The host responded right away when we needed help getting in.

Great house! Excellent communication from the owners. It’s exactly as described. The ac and pool was great for relief from the hot temps. Location was a perfect home base for moving our daughter into ASU. We will definitely be back as often as we can when we come into town to visit our daughter.

Property was perfect location. Easy communication and entry. They did allow me an extra night at last minute which was appreciated. Pool was perfect. Only complaint was the ants on patio in morning. Clean. Nice amenities!

Everything at this location seemed fine until we opened the patio door and it smelled really bad. We were told to put the garbage in the alley behind the home and it was absolutely disgusting back there. Unfortunately it was right by the gate of our fence and therefore the flies and the smell was there all week.When we left very early in the morning, we put the garbage on the patio as we did not feel safe, walking in the alley and putting our garbage back there. Another thing is that the bathroom floors were not clean. There were gobs of hair. It was not that impressive. Besides these two things, the house was a good fit.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We truly wish you would have reached out during your stay so we could have helped right away. The garbage area in the alley is shared and controlled by the City, and occasionally a neighbor may leave a lid open, which can cause odors. A quick message to us and we would have gladly contacted the City or resolved it immediately for you. For safety and cleanliness, leaving garbage on the patio is not sanitary and not allowed per our house rules, so we always encourage guests to notify us if anything seems off instead of irresponsibly keeping waste on the property. We’re also very surprised to hear about the bathroom floors as our inspection report pictured showed them as cleaned. We appreciate your comments and are glad the home was otherwise a good fit for your trip. We’re always here to help and would have been happy to address these items promptly.

This was a great place for our family of 4 and it was close to the activities that we wanted to do. It was easy to access and on a quiet street but close to a Main Street so easy to access the Tempe area and close to the airport. The pool was excellent and the place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We attended a diamond back game and we just rode the skyrail train. Also attended a game at ASU and was only a 10 minute drive from the property. Lots of restaurants within 10-15 min drive.
