The place was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen has tools but we were short on silverware for our group of 10. The hot tub was nice.
The host was completely unhelpful and unresponsive. The propane tank was empty, so the fireplace and grill did not work. We alerted the host to this problem as soon as we checked in, and he never replied or tried to have the problem fixed. The house itself is mostly fine, except for some damaged peeling furniture. Most of the supplies you would expect were not provided (garbage bags, paper towels, etc) Would not recommend.
Easy check in process. Beautiful and comforting home with a good game room and hot tub. Very comfortable stay and responsive host. Would definitely visit again

Very nice place!
The house was very nice! Not a huge fan of HOA communities but overall it was a very nice stay
This place was very clean and had everything for me and my family to enjoy our weekend getaway. The hot tub was awesome!! There was a enough space in the house for everyone to enjoy their stay! The hosts are amazing also!!!
Great location with lots of neighborhood amenities. The HOA fee is more of a registration fee. You have to pay daily per person (10 per day, 30 per week) for use of beach, pool, etc. House was clean, though could use some TLC (lots of carpet stains, holes in screens in screened in porch let mosquitos in). Beds comfy with lots of living space. Beautiful woods with lots of deer. No green space (except by the beach) for sports games.
Beautiful home! Plenty of room for all 11 of us. We had a Wonderful stay and enjoyed our long Mothers Day weekend!
Will definitely book again next year!
The place was clean upon arrival. There were somebody else ’s socks left outside but no biggie. I was hoping there would be a blender but there wasn’t but again no biggie! Everything worked, the TVs, the AC, the hot tub etc. And the kids had a blast in the game room. So over all it was a great family trip! Would definitely stay here again!
Booked a long weekend with a group of buddies and we were very happy with the accommodations. Very comfortable, even with 8 guys; plenty of beds, spacious living room with a nice TV for when we were just hanging out. Fire pit layout was awesome, and we spent almost every night out there enjoying the fall evenings. The basement game room was a nice bonus.Keith, the property manager was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. A+ job supporting us on our stay and making sure we were comfortable.
My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was clean and spacious and the game room was awesome! The fireplace wasn’t quite working right and we couldn’t find the tv remote for the game room but those things didn’t impact our holiday stay. I would definitely rent again and have already recommended the house to friends.
Nice big cabin to stay with family. Was fun for school age children with the fuseball table, air hockey & power hockey tables in the basement. Appreciated the towels for each room and clear check out instructions. Hot tub also made our stay enjoyable. When I had questions our host got back to us promptly as well. We stayed in April when it was a little rainy, but I’m sure during the summer and fall there would be more activities available to do locally.

Family vacation
The property had a lot to offer. The layout was great for our family. The lake and the Clubhouse were fun and lively and we spent much of our time swimming and playing at the playgrounds. Deer were always out and about on the property and we enjoyed the wildlife.
I hadn't realized that all of the amenities were an extra fee and the property was left a bit messy with wrappers and bottles left from a previois stay.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A very nice property and house in every way. A few small things needed attention but I did let property mgr. know-A shade was broken over air hockey table and this game did not work. Also, which I forgot to mention, the first floor bathroom tub was clogged up. But aside from that, everything was very clean and we felt so comfortable. Thank you. I would stay here again! Emily

Not clean, fireplace did not work, went out and bought batteries, still no work
It was not clean, the fireplace did not work, went called the host and he said directions were on fireplace, nothing there. We went out and bought batteries new batteries, still did not work. Would never go back there again, thanks, sincerely, Frank bugryn
The house is super cute, pics made it look bigger but we loved the lay out of the home, it was very cozy . Wish my dogs had a bit more freedom. Community rules are a little too strict with certain things. We didn’t know we had to pay for pool passes & hours aren’t full days. We looked forward to the indoor fireplace being it rained one of the days, but we believe it doesn’t work. Overall it was a relaxing weekend with our family, the kids did not want to leave. communication with property manager was very quick and efficient.

Nice but somewhat dirty
The place was not clean and many things were falling apart. The shower curtains had mildew, the floors we dirty, cobwebs everywhere. The hand dish soap were both watered down so much that they were ineffective. The host tried to get me to pay $100 for HOA fee instead of $50. The pool and beach was NOT included and cost an additional fee person.

Hi Anna, we want to make sure all of our guests have a smooth experience, and we appreciate your feedback. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:-The $100 HOA fee was a mistake, and the property manager confirmed that this was communicated to you directly over the phone.-The home was cleaned thoroughly prior to your stay, but the homeowner has requested an additional detailed deep cleaning to ensure even higher standards going forward.-The homeowner will also work with Evolve to make the small fee for pool and beach access clearer on the listing.Thank you again for sharing your experience. We appreciate your input and hope to provide an even better stay for future guests!
