Awesome location year round for skiing, hiking, close to several area rivers, and hiking trails. Less than 5 minutes from Echo Lake, and about 10 minutes to Story Land. After a great day exploring all the Mount Washington Valley has to offer, you will be able to relax at home on one of the 4 decks, or in our outdoor hot tub!

This is your home away from home. Fully stocked kitchens and baths. Air conditioned for your comfort. Fully equipped for families with small children, with two of everything, baby gates, pack'n'plays, high chairs, child safety latches, etc. 4 flat screen TVs, surround sound Bose stereo equipment with iPOD dock, wireless internet free of charge. We include everything for you, you can just arrive, grab your groceries and enjoy your stay.
This house is a dream for families vacationing with children, we have two full family rooms- one that is perfect for your kids to play! Your family and friends will love vacationing here as much as we do! Many of our guests come year after year to enjoy our home.

Clean and well stocked house. Loved the hot tub in the evenings when the weather was cooler. Close to downtown amenities which was great. 10 minutes from storyland for fun with the kiddos.

Peace and quiet.

Beautiful property!!! Everything from check in to check out was great. Short drive into rown. Hot tub was a awesome after a long day. Will definately book again when planning a trip to Notlrth Conway.

Beautiful home and great location.

This property was just the right size for two families. Hot tub was nice and relaxing after a day of hiking. Very close to town and restaurants. North Conway scenic train is fun! Great shopping down town.

Great House & Location

House has everything you could possibly think of including well stocked kitchen, linens, towels, toiletries and even toys and gaming equipment for the kids. Plenty of room and bedrooms for large group and the check in process was very easy. Very close to North Conway’s Downtown area with plenty of shopping, skiing and dining. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location.

Perfect weekend getaway!

So much room in this condo for 3 families to fit comfortably and each have their own space. We enjoyed the hot tub as the nights are getting colder and the large dining table to all gather at. Great location to our activities and beautifully set in the trees. Especially appreciated the host letting us check in a little earlier. Would definitely stay again!

Great home base in a central location

We just got back from a great family trip. Eight of us stayed in this well-maintained home. The location was excellent, just a few minute drive to N. Conway Center, which we walked to every day. Thank you, Colleen!

Fall getaway

Stayed a month here and enjoyed it very much. Great location just up the hill from the center of town. Very responsive and accommodating hostess. The home is very comfortable in the main living areas. Bedrooms could use some updating in mattresses and bedding.

Great condo

Great condo. The owner Colleen was very accessible. Condo's location was very close to center of town and close to all the attractions. We had three families and we all had our own space. Highly recommended this property.

Host was very responsive and house was clean! I would suggest better lighting throughout the space. Lots of space and sleeping areas is a plus. Being able to use the bottom slider would be a plus with the hot tub right there even though we didn’t use it. Great location!

Fun time

We loved our stay at Colleen’s place. 6teens and 2 adults. The teens loved all the privacy and the adults loved it too. Central location to all things North Conway. The hot tub was a hit! Only small negative was the broken slider to the lower level where the hot tub was located. We would stay again!

We absolutely adored every aspect of our stay! From the fantastic communication to the stellar recommendations, everything was top-notch. The home exuded warmth, was incredibly family-friendly, and provided the perfect setting for the tubing experience we were seeking. Our little ones and furry friends couldn't get enough of it! The space was just right for family games, unwinding in the hot tub, and offering a variety of sleeping arrangements. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend this gem of a place!

River floating

We gave started a new family tradition of river floats! This was our first stay out of our home state and it was amazing! The house was exactly as stated plenty of room for everyone. The only two negatives were in the summer the loft with three beds was to hot to stay in but there was so much space we just shifted. The other negative is we didn’t stay another night!!!

We had the best time at Colleen's place. She was so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The place fit us perfectly and was spacious enough to have separation from our teenagers... lol. The location was central to everything and so easy to get wherever you wanted to go. I would highly recommend renting this unit, I know we will definitely be back. Thanks Colleen for sharing your home with us.

Great Place to stay

This rental was beautiful and Colleen answered any question we had very fast. Lots of room for everyone. Kiddo love all the space to play down stairs. Only one drawback. The door out to the Hot Tub could not be used because it was broken. Made it a little hard for my Husband who had his foot amputated last year to go around the side of the building to use the Hot Tub. Over all it was a great place and we had a great stay. :)

Very Comfortable

We were visiting the area for a camp reunion. We had 5 adults and 1, 1 year old. It was very comfortable for all of us. We did not use the hot tub, or any of the outdoor amenities, just not enough time. The house is very close to town and the mountains to hike. We did have breakfast at the unit every morning and it was completely stocked with any equipment you might need. This is our second time renting this unit and we would do it again. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
