- Fully fenced, secure area where your pet can roam and play freely. Flat fee of $40 per stay applies. Please kindly ensure pets are kept off the furniture and beds during your stay.
- Firepit in the garden (BYO firewood and supplies. Also available from IGA 5mins away)

Bring your Firewood and suppliers to use the firepit. You can buy from IGA which is 5 minutes away from the property.

Strictly no noisy gatherings or parties allowed. Please note there is no loud music and noise allowed as it’s a very quiet neighbourhood. External cameras and noise monitors in the driveway are installed to monitor traffic, ensuring safety without affecting your privacy.

Only number of guests that are booked will be allowed. Guests that are not booked will be asked to leave the premises.. We appreciate your understanding.
