Beside the kitchen is an elegant dining area with enough space for the entire family or a large group of friends. The living room features two plush sofas and an extra-large television. There is a newly upgraded air conditioner and free WIFI throughout. Also, the unit comes with a covered carport and extra guest parking close. Access to the community center grants amenities such as a pool, barbeques and a fitness center. This unit is only accessible by stairs and features a wraparound lanai with views of the ocean and golf course.

Needs a facelift

This property is located in an awesome spot. Right across from the pool and viewing out over the golf course and to the ocean. Nice. The property itself is very dated. Cupboards are old and a bit smelly. Bathrooms have carpet, even around the bidets, yes that's right bidets. The plumbing fixtures are all old and corroded. Needs a major revamp.
