My family and I have stayed at this property on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The owners are excellent to work with and the property is always clean and well maintained. The close proximity to the parks is key to ending a busy day without having a far distance to travel. Looking forward to our next stay!

I wouldn't be writing this review unless it was to tell other families to be aware before booking. The place was covered with ants, mouse feces under the sink that looked like it had been there for a long time, and on our final day a roach was in the foyer area. Yes a real roach, but I should have expected when I saw roach spray underneach the sink along with 2 other bug sprays. I contacted the owner, who sent out mangement who put ant traps out while we were gone, but that is all they didn't remove the mouse poop. The place had good reviews thats why I booked it. It had room and its close enough to most things.

Hello We are very sorry that the house didnt reach your expectations, it wasnt mouse feces after verification from the management company, they found few ants and treated immediately (they told you ). Unfortunately at check out the large glass table in entrance advert picturewas found broken and few towels stained with blood

This property was great for us. Close to the parks so we were able to come back in the afternoons, use the pool, get some rest, and go back to the Parks at night. My only regret was not getting the pool heated. The temps were in the 90s during the day but the water was still cold.

We couldn’t have been happier with this home—it’s absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed! From cribs and strollers to pool toys and beach towels, every detail was thoughtfully provided. The welcome binder was a wonderful touch, offering great restaurant recommendations and helpful information about the area, which made planning our days so easy. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

This place is perfectly located. It is in a very quiet area, yet minutes from everything you need…. Groceries, travel supplies, Disney stores.The home and surrounding area is very well kept.

Excellent rental property! Very clean and well maintained house. Owner is very easy to deal with and always quick to respond. My family and I have stayed at this property many times and we plan to come back for other stays in the near future.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, we had a few hiccups but owner was very efficient with getting it taken care of. Highly recommend staying here. Close to parks and everything we wanted to do. Heated pool and hot tub was worth the extra since we had a few cold nights.

Close to Disney and local restaurants. Located in a nice neighborhood close to a conveniently located Walmart. The house was clean. Some of the linens need replacing- they are simply worn out. Washer and dryer were convenient.

This was our second time staying at this home and it was still very very clean and inviting! Has a homely feeling making it a perfect home away from home! I've stated before that we'd definitely stay here again sothays the plan when we're vacationing in the area again!!

We had a very disappointing experience. The property had visible mold, bugs inside, and dirty sheets upon arrival — basic cleanliness standards were not met. We reported the issues immediately and provided time-stamped photos, but the response was minimal (a quick sweep of one corner) and the core problems were never addressed. Communication stopped until we escalated through VRBO. If you’re expecting a clean and properly maintained place, I would strongly reconsider.
