The house was lovely and clean and really close to the beaches at Oceanside. You cannot walk to the beach from the house, but it is a quick drive and the views are lovely. It was a great stay.
Very convenient and pleasant place to stay while attending a conference at Tenaya Lodge. David was a helpful and responsive host, reaching out with good advice about impending weather.

Beautiful cottage!
We enjoyed our time in Oregon very much! Love the views from the house. The house was well located on the coast, and you could hear the waves from the beach. Good space, great table and good kitchen space. There are 3 full bathrooms, but only 1 shower, so families might take note of this.
We loved our stay over Thanksgiving week. My family visiting from Idaho were highly impressed by the view of the beautiful Oregon coast. The house was lovely and had a perfect table to gather each night for dinners and board games! The best of the experience was our pups were welcome to join our family holiday too!
Though the property is an older one, it is well maintained. The rooms and layout suited our family well with several areas where people could spread out.
Adorable little place. Beautiful sunroom and great view from deck and primary bedroom upstairs. Great kitchen for cooking and nice long dining table for games and dinners with lots of people.Only challenges were (1) lack of shower in primary bathroom – everyone has to go all the way downstairs to take a shower, which is tough when there are a lot of people or you’re staying upstairs, and (2) really hard to walk to the beach from the house – treacherous Road into Oceanside

From the owner: "Thank you for your review. I hope the fact we are above tsunami danger and views help make up for the beach walk. Please come again."
It's a very cute house with beautiful views. The thing that was the most disturbing is that there is only one shower out of three bathrooms. The one shower is located in the basement in the laundry room.
Beautiful setting with fantastic views of the ocean, and we were fortunate enough to have sunsets without the typical overcast hanging out offshore. Spent most of our waking time there out on the porch enjoying the views and the warm days (even for late July it was unseasonably warm). The ocean cools things down nicely at night, with the patio door open in the master bedroom ushering in a cool breeze and the sounds of the surf. Less than five minute drive down to Oceanside beach, which is superb for running/walking/exploring during the hours around low tide. Parking can be tricky there, best to get there early.

Thank you for your review. We love our location and the views too. Please come again
This house was a great fit for our group of 8. Great size, plenty of rooms/beds. Great location and beautiful views. The only down side, there are 3 bathrooms, but only one shower. An easy fix would be to add detachable shower heads to the 2 bathrooms with just to tub to make it easier for guests. Otherwise, would definitely stay here again.
We had family in OR for a visit and scheduled a Tillamook creamery tour. The home was centrally located for everything that we did. Great communication with the property management company and homeowner. There were 2 adult couples in our party. One of the recommendations would be to add a second shower somehow. We also loved the fact that it was dog friendly!

Wonderful place to stay!
Easy to find and get into the home with the great communication by the home owner and local rep! Quiet and clean with great views of the ocean. Clean and very comfortable beds with everyone claiming a room they wanted. Even enjoyed the 3 bathroom feature with 3 kids and 4 adults. Having the laundry was phenomenal as it was a typical wet Oregon period. Being able to dry things after being outside was GREAT!!! And the full kitchen, which was well stocked with what you’d need was wonderful as we made all our meals. The 2 dogs were able to stay in the sun room unless we were taking long walks and were content with that as well.

What a charming little gem this is! Great space for myself, my adult son, and adult grandson. We each had our own room, and enough bathrooms for us each... The layout was perfect! The glassed in sunroom was a really sweet touch. Perfect for curling up with a good book and listening to the ocean. Communication with Julie was excellent. Lots of stairs outside, and decks, and the viewpoint at the end of the road is a straight drop after a very short trail, so if you have little ones, it may be constant watching out for them. There is no direct access to the beach, but lots of access a quick drive down the road. This was ideal for the 3 adults in my party, and we all loved the darling home and the cute decor. Can't wait to book here again!

Poor cleanliness
The whole house smells like old buildings and humid. Unfortunately we found hair in the bathrooms floor and pillows. The bathtub fills up with water while showering. And lastly the most inconvenient, the hot tub release dirt into the water, so it is useless and very disappointing that it is offered as part of your staying and for what you paid.into t

Hi Erika, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet expectations.- Cleanliness is a top priority, and we trust our experienced cleaning team to uphold high standards. We’ll review procedures to ensure every detail is addressed.- Given the extreme and unusually cold weather on the Oregon Coast, it’s possible that plumbing was affected. We will have this inspected to prevent future issues.- To clarify, the home features a jacuzzi, not a hot tub, and we will check that it is functioning properly for future guests.- We take great pride in providing a well-maintained home, and past guests have consistently left positive reviews about their stays. We appreciate your input and always encourage guests to report any concerns during their stay so we can address them promptly.
