Self contained studio boasts a clean homely feeling, fully self contained.

This stylish, super clean place to stay is perfect for a single occupant or a couple.
A home away from home with no shared spaces.
It is spacious and everything you need-fully self contained inc: bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and dryer (recently renovated).
Cooking facilities , kettle, microwave, fridge, and plates and cutlery.
Little Murray River is a stone throw away. This walk will lead you to the Pioneer Settlement where you might wish to stop in at Spoons cafe (best coffee in town).
Racecourse a very short walk.
CBD is a 15 minute walk ( 2 minute drive). Please note: We have two puppies who never enter the quarters. However for anyone is super sensitive with allergies, we want to be up front allowing you the choice. Thanks

Check-in was contactless and went smoothly, which made arrival easy and stress-free. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean perfect for preparing meals during our stay. The property had a clean, homely feel and was fully self-contained, just as described.

The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Only disappointing thing was parking out on the street when it is advertised with onsite parking did not find out until we were there this was required.

Kima Quarters is beautifully appointed and Gina is a lovely host who responded quickly to an ‘emergency’ early Sunday morning. It is a short walk away from the Little Murray River walk and 3 minute drive into town. My only comment would be that for a couple wanting to stay longer than a day or two, there is no separate lounge/dining space.
