This amazing apartment is spread over three levels with spectacular lake views.

The ground level provides easy drive-in access to a double-length garage, (bring your boat) along with a drying room, laundry, and sauna. Walk up the stairs to the middle level where you will find the three bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, and a second shared bathroom. One more flight of stairs takes you to the open-plan kitchen and living area where you have space to entertain, balconies with views, and a cozy space to curl up around the fire.

For the skier in winter, or the summer lake lover, this apartment has one of the best locations in Wanaka and is so functional, and sunny. You will love staying here.
