This spacious victorian house has everything to charm you with its location, high ceilings and unique style.

Whether you are on a business trip or with your family, this elegant and large home is ideal.

It offers 2 floors, composed of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and 2 workspaces and a piano.

If you are a group larger than 10, we have another unit in the building to accommodate.

The space
This property can host up to 10 guests:

- The living room : 1 sofa , 1 sectional couch and 1 armchair with a 65 inch Frame TV including Netflix, Amazon Prime et Disney channel et un Piano.

- The solarium: cozy and charming that could be used to take your coffee, read or do yoga.

- The kitchen: fully equipped with blue star gaz stove with grill and flat top, big Whirlpool fridge, Ninja air Fryer/pressure cooker, Vitamix blender, a professional series convection oven. and microwave oven ... You will find there dishes, pots, fry pans, knives etc.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED OR MUSIC AFTER 11PM
A FEE OF 500$ WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE.

Great place to stay when visiting Montreal

The hosts were very responsive and helpful to all our planning questions. The house was spacious and very accomodating, beds comfortable, kitchen stocked with many amenities. The location is surprisingly quiet and within easy reach of shopping, the metro, and downtown Montreal. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and hosts

This is an excellent property in a wonderful area of Montreal, steps from Westmount Park (with football pitch, children’s play areas, exercise area and picnic tables) and an easy walk from various grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. Downtown Montreal is a leisurely walk or quick bus ride away, and the Montreal metro system is also close by. The property has been well-maintained, with high ceilings and modern fixtures, including a modern kitchen. Most importantly, the hosts were extremely responsive and patient in responding to any questions I had. This will be my first choice when visiting Montreal with family.
