Perfect Family Holiday Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in Goodview at Smith Mountain Lake. The house was as advertised and the setting was so serene. We really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Perfect place for our family of 9 for Thanksgiving holiday.

Horrible outside furniture, wet old and broken and worn. Grill worked but was filthy, you’re welcome we cleaned it. Please also spray the yard and deck for bugs, was not even comfortable to be outside. Kitchen was amazing. Super helpful fridge capacity. Please clean out the garage for use by guests. Lots of wasted space. Beds were comfortable and water hot. This location for our needs but wasn’t as amazing as we hoped. Thanks for letting have a great week in your home. All in all it was OK.

We’re glad you enjoyed the kitchen and found the beds comfortable. We’ll pass your comments about the outdoor furniture to the homeowner. The garage isn’t advertised as part of the guest rental space, so the owner felt leaving enough room for two cars was a nice little bonus. They do use the rest for storage of their items they use on vacation. Thank you for spending your week with us. We hope you took home some good Smith Mountain Lake memories!
