The neighborhood beach access takes you to miles of level, sandy beach and offshore rocks for tide-pooling. Great little house

Beach getaway

Goal of the trip was an end of summer getaway to the Oregon Coast. Cabin was small but wonderfully appointed, access to the pool was amazing and the neighborhood was really cute. My only complaint is that the pictures accompanying the listing did not include the 121 steps down to the beach (not to mention the 10 minute walk to the stairs) or that there was zero view of the water from the cabin. If you have limited mobility there is no way you are accessing the beach without getting in your car to drive to the small access point about a mile away or to the main beach area in town. I wish the listing had been more upfront about this, for this reason I doubt I will stay with this rental company again.
