Charming property within a short walk to beach. Perfect for 2 couples and a dog. Included dog toys, blankets and dishes. Would definitely rent again

We travel to the Coast each year usually around September, and stay in a beach property. I will say this was the best experience we have ever had. It delivers on every level. Clean, supplied with everything you'll need, and things you didn't know you would need. Complimentary start up supplies were very helpful. Super dog friendly too! This house is in a perfect location for beach access. It is set up nicely if you bring your fur baby. It is clean, well appointed and everything is nicely signed so stuff is easy to find.

Loved everything and this was the first house at the beach where nothing was broken! It is very rare at the coast (from our experience) where you are able to open the windows and the screen is not broke and there isn’t a mountain of dirt sitting there. They had a fully stocked kitchen and everything your doggie needs to feel at home. My family would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot if you are traveling with dogs. Close to everything beach access is perfect. Will be staying here again, pro tip bring a baby gate and install top of staris so your dog can enjoy the patio deck and you dont have to worry about them going down the stairs.

Cleaning person was still there at the 4:00 pm check in time (4:00 is later check in than most other places). I pulled up and only parking spot had a big truck with a man who was very rude when I inquired about check in. I had to find a place to wait in my car for quite a while before I could check in. But there was still food on the floor when I checked in. The dryer didn’t work (management let me know AFTER taking my booking money). I didn’t need the dryer but they should give option to cancel with full refund so you can make an informed decision. The living room couch is horribly uncomfortable and needs to be replaced so there is at least a comfortable place to relax downstairs. Unfortunately they were doing construction next door which was really loud (can’t blame management but it still contributed to an overall non-pleasant stay). Management did call me after I notified them of late check in due to cleaning staff but all they offered was late checkout which I didn’t need. They should have refunded the cleaning fee…particularly since they still ask you to do cleaning check out procedures. I left a day early for a number of reasons and I would never stay there again. Very disappointed. Finally…management reached out after my stay asking for a 5 star review and if I couldn’t do that, to reach out so they could “make it right.” What does that even mean, and is that why this mediocre rental is so highly rated? Refunding my cleaning fee would make it right!

Great Stay in Lincoln City

We really enjoyed our visit at Charlie’s Lookout! It was very cute and clean, the beds and all the furniture were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. It was an easy walk to the beach and we could see the ocean from all the front windows. It was a great location and we’d be happy to stay there again.

We stayed at this property for our 46th wedding anniversary and enjoyed every minute. So close to the beach access and had great views from the inside. Everything we needed to cook when we stayed in instead of eating out,

Charlies Lookout

At the very south end of Lincoln City, but has a great beach access not even a block away. Very clean, comfortable, lots of extras like coffee, dog treats and towels.

We had a great stay and a much needed rest. Dog friendly and steps away from the beach. I saw a previous review that mentioned bed bugs. I am an experienced hotel housekeeper- I did an inspection so you don't have to! I can tell you they had a professional exterminator resolve the issue. It happens sometimes, even in the cleanest of rooms. (Like this one!) We felt right at home and we will definitely be staying again if we can!
