Welcome to our beautiful home in the heart of historic Marblehead, Massachusetts. This pet-friendly property has been thoughtfully modernized while still maintaining its historic charm, offering guests a unique and comfortable experience during their stay.


As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and well-lit living area that is perfect for relaxing with your family and friends. The modern furnishings and decor, combined with the original hardwood floors, create a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.


The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal for your loved ones. With stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space, and seating for four, cooking in this kitchen will be a breeze. There is a folding table in the adjacent living room with seating for an additional four people so everyone can enjoy meals together.


The property features three well-appointed bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, the second bedroom offers a queen with trundle, and the third bedroom offers two twins. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and come with high-quality linens, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep.


Note: All bedrooms are up a steep set of stairs. This could be too much of a challenge for older or mobility challenged individuals. Also, as a vintage home, there is no central air conditioning but there are window units to keep the rooms cool in the evening. There are also fans available in each room, and toiletries are provided in the bathroom, including shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. There are also linens for the beds, bath towels, and beach towels.


For parking, there is one driveway space in the back of the house which can be accessed by going around the block, and other vehicles can park on Green street opposite the front of the house facing towards town. Please be sure NOT to park in the neighbor's driveway, directly to the left of the house.


One of the best things about this property is its location. It is just steps away from Marblehead's charming old-town, where you'll find a variety of shopping and dining options, as well as historical sites and attractions. Explore the local beaches, harbors, and the historic lighthouse, or take a short drive to nearby Fort Sewall for a day of hiking and nature exploration.


Marblehead is also a vintage New England village with easy access to Salem, Manchester By the Sea, points north, and Boston. Whether you're looking to explore the rich history of the area or enjoy the vibrant cultural scene of Boston, this property is the perfect base for your vacation.
