Very nice spot but needs repairs for it to be excellent jacuzzi tub did not work. The dryer did not work. It was a time to get the door access code it was 2.5 hours after check in before i got a code. There was nothing saying the codes to get in the pool gate nor the beach access gate. We had to get another family to help us out when we saw them go threw. Could be a excellent spot with a little attention.

The view was amazing. There was not enough laundry pods or dish pods for a day with how many people the condo held. But overall we had a blast and will be back.

Summerwind is great! 701 is a corner suite on the 7th floor in the first building with an unobstructed view of the gulf - perfect for the sunrise. It is right next to the pier - perfect for easy access to the pier for fishing. The condo was very clean. The outdoor furniture on the balcony has seen better days, but was usable and great for relaxing. Overall great stay!

I’ve rented many places on VRBO. This was not a favorite. This condo is owned by a company. There is no one available to communicate with on the Vrbo app. I had to CALL and TEXT the number to get an access code to the door. It was never sent to me. The lady that answered barely spoke English. There were no instructions emailed or in condo to get in and out of the beach access gate. I had to ask other guests for help. The front desk is not available for 701, they do not own this condo. Cons: Poor communication w company, Couch is super uncomfortable, could use a coffee table to put drinks on, side table is made of bamboo, water and ice maker do not work on Fridge, sliding door in Living room doesn’t work, hard to open close, maybe leave few coffee filters for first day, I left some. Pros: Very clean when we got there, great kitchen dishes and pots, washer and dryer, short walk to beach, and beach chairs come with condo, nice master room and bath

Old Girls Trip

NAVARRE IS THE BEST

Navarre is the BEST PLACE EVER! The Summerwind Resort and this condo are SPECTACULAR!!! The umbrella guys on the beach were sooo nice! We stayed for 10 days and it was just absolutely PERFECT!

Great location and unit

The condo was exactly as advertised and is great for a large family, we had 5 adults and 3 children and it was big enough for everyone. The view was outstanding. The pool was fine but the real attraction was the beach. It was powdery white sand and the water was the clearest and calmest I’ve ever seen on the Gulf coast. I would stay here again anytime.
