Pelican Beach Resort, part of the private Resorts of Pelican Beach condominium

complex. Our 2 bedroom vacation condominiums are perfectly sized for family

vacations. There’s more room to spread out and to tuck the kids away in their

own separate bedroom.



**Living Area**



This Pelican Beach Two-Bedroom/Two Bath condominium offers 955 sf. ft. of

interior space with a 152 sq. ft. of balcony space. The condominium sleeps a

maximum of 6 people and offers one of the area’s most unique gulf views of the

Destin beaches.

television. The master bedroom offers direct access to the balcony via sliding

glass door and beautiful eastward views of the Gulf of Mexico and shoreline.

The guest bedroom features a queen or twin beds. The living room also includes

a pull-out queen-size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping options for

guests. This allows for flexible sleeping arrangements that can accommodate

different party sizes and ages.

Our condominium offers guests the convenience and flexibility of having a full

kitchen and dining area. This allows for a variety of daily options such as

appointed kitchen provides the opportunity to wake up each morning and prepare
