Our boutique residence is located in 'The Sovereign', which has been touted as "Victoria's first truly luxury residential building." Our unit features a luxury kitchen and washroom, high-tech security with sophisticated and innovative car elevator parking, well-appointed styling and ultra-comfortable furnishings. Moreover, guests have access to Sovereign Commons, a shared rooftop terrace with an open-flame fireplace, cushy seating and a built-in stainless steel barbeque; this space features a genuinely breathtaking, unparalleled view of the inner harbour, mountains and city. Panoramic views can be seen as this is a 360-degree, wrap-around communal rooftop design that includes; an outdoor kitchen, gardens and plenty of lounge seating for relaxing and rooftop dining.

Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 25 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Wonderful Stay
We loved your place! The accommodations are all that were advertised. The view was breathtaking. It is so convenient to the downtown area, we easily walked to everything. Highly recommend it. The car elevator was confusing but, we successfully figured it out!
