NEAR FOLLIN'S POND! There is plenty of room offered in this adorable South Dennis ranch. 3 bedrooms are found on the first floor and another in the finished lower level. A great mid Cape location that has easy access to both Northside and Southside beaches, attractions and activities. The finished lower level is comprised of a bedroom, half bath and sitting area to expand living space. The enclosed sun room is fabulous for relaxing and visiting. The lower level patio for grilling and outdoor dining will only enhance your stay. Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower after a day full of fun.

Great house in a central location.

Nothing negative to say about this house. Quiet neighborhood and it was close to everything we wanted to do. It was great to have the 4 of us have own rooms.
