Home was very clean and had nice furnishings! Everything you need was available in the home. Super close to downtown Asheville. Only 10 minutes away and uber was cheap! Will definitely stay here again in the future!
This property is located perfectly to visit Biltmore and the surrounding area. The house is beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely rent it again.
Property was clean and comfortable. We had all the kitchen appliances we needed with a grocery store right at the bottom of the hill. It took us less than 30 minutes to get to the Biltmore.
This property is perfect for someone single, a couple, or even a family with several children. Jon has thought of all the little extras to include on this property for the perfect stay. The house is located in a peaceful, private place. The excellent location allows for quicky getting to any place in Asheville. There are numerous shopping areas and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
We took a much needed break in our beloved Asheville. The goal was to do some gentle hiking with our dog, visit friends, and enjoy Asheville. The house is in a good location minutes from the Parkway and an easy drive into Asheville. Cute & clean, with all of the basics we needed. The small neighborhood was quiet, but a bit isolated. Overall, a great spot if you want an easy commute to AVL. Host was attentive and the process was super easy.
We had a great time and will definitely book again in the future for a longer stay! It is just so nice to stay in a place that is clean and accurately represented with no crazy checkout list. It was very convenient to have a portal where all the check-in and check-out information was located. The neighborhood was not as walkable as I was expecting but it wasn’t an issue for us and our dog. Plenty of trails a short drive away. Property is convenient to a lot of locations. Breweries, Biltmore, downtown, etc…
We enjoyed our stay at this property with our two adult children and a friend of theirs. There was plenty of room to all feel comfortable.
I am a home stager and I noticed the beautiful furniture, rugs and decor used to decorate the home. It all felt very cozy and welcoming.
We loved our stay at this home in Asheville. The house was exactly as shown. Lots of extra amenities for a toddler. When we had a very minor problem, we received an almost immediate response. House was very clean.
We were very impressed that the place was exactly as presented as well as clean, beautifully furnished with an eye to detail, and well equipped. I have almost always been disappointed with rentals that have old, worn out pots and pans, limited utensils, etc., but not here. Although we didn't cook this time, we could have stayed a week and made many meals here. Beds were comfy and linens like a luxury hotel. Provided games were in great shape and not just a jumble of missing parts and pieces as I have seen elsewhere. Owner was available and responsive if I had a need, which I did not. I highly recommend and will most likely come back myself for a future visit. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!Teresa B.
Overall we were happy with it. Things that could have been better: The water pool at the back deck exit was a real pain requiring no exit except down very steep front steps, there should have been a picture of the steepness of the steps to the second floor. Two of us were in our 80's and they would probably have been a show stopper. It would have been MOST HELPFUL to have had a cresser with drawers in the master bedroom instead of a desk. Suitcases on stands in a walk in closet accessed only thru the bathroom was just not our idea of convenience.
