This lovely serviced house locates at central part of Rotorua City with 3 bedrooms + 1 lounge + 1 kitchen with large yard with 2 Queen Double Beds, 2 standard double beds and 1 single bed plus 2 Double sofa/sofa beds, which can used used as 4 single sofa beds by guests. We offer a total up to 7 to 9 beds/Sofa Beds (the two Queen Sofa Bed can be made up 4 single Sofa Beds) hosting up to 13 people, Kitchen facilities, wash machine, air conditioner, Free View TV, and basic necessities including clean bed sheets, Duvets, towels, toilet papers, teas bags, etc for your short stays. Free unlimited WiFi is available here as well. Plenty of free car parks within the property garden.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please use designated outdoor areas.
No Loud Parties: Respect the quiet atmosphere; loud parties are prohibited.
