Welcome to Bayshore Estates North. Its time to book your vacation for your family of 8 at this adorable Bayside Canal Condo featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 Baths, lots of deck space for outdoor dining & entertaining. The living room & master bedroom have sliding glass doors with access to the balcony overlooking the canal. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a new queen sleeper sofa (2023). The Master Bedroom features a king bed, private ensuite with stall shower, tv, ceiling fan & private access to balcony. The 2nd Bedroom offers a queen bed & ceiling fan. The 3 bedroom has a queen bed & ceiling fan. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. There is a washer & dryer, streaming tv ( HBO Max, Netflix, Youtube) & complimentary wifi for your added convenience. Boat slip will accommodate a 22 foot boat. Hose available for boat cleaning. 1 assigned parking spot & one shared parking spot on a first come, first serve basis. Property rents any 7 nights in season and any 3 nights off season.
It's an easy walk to Food Lion, Wawa, CVS, Starbucks, The Greene Turtle and The Fractured Prune, plus many more restaurants and attractions. And of course, the beach is just an easy stroll away, too!
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets, including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. ----Non-smoking. No pets please. ----Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25----We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed.----Please be advised we do not advertise any properties on Craigslist.

We had a great stay for the 3 day oceans calling festival! We went with 2 other couples and we had plenty of space. Everything was comfy and the canal was beautiful. Would totally stay again!

Oceans city weekend

This place was perfect for a girls weekend. Check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the property was as described. The large deck overlooking the water was fantastic and a very short walk to shopping and restaurants. I would certainly come back again!

Perfect location (unless you prefer on the boardwalk)

This was my first time staying at a place on the canal. It was awesome to have our own private pier and the sunsets were incredible. The place looks just like the photos. It is super well stocked---every single thing I needed was there. The location is perfect because it is walking distance from restaurants, Starbucks, Drumsers, Food Line, and the beach. It's all right there.

The whole atmosphere and condo were amazingly awesome! Everything we needed down to a bottle opener was found inside the condo easily!! I wouldve given 5 starts but my closet had a strong musty/mildew smell and had a few unclean blankets and loose shelf planks dwelling in it 😅 and the beds were a bit sandy. My friend found a cute little piece of candy stuck on her headboard too ... buuut minus those little things it was 100% worth it and i definitely will book again!

House was dirty upon arrival

When we arrived the house had a very musty smell. As we looked around and opened windows and doors we noticed that there was moss growing in the window sills, dirty cabinet doors in the kitchen and liquids running down some of the cabinet doors. The kitchen floor was dirty, the register for the HVAC was filthy and covered in heavy black dust. The bathroom rugs were dirty and there was dirt/crumbs on the floor and on some of the bedroom dressers. One of the guest bedrooms had blood on the pillow. This was a very disappointing stay and when the cleaner came back over he said “well it's the end of the season and everyone is getting tired now with these quick turnovers.”I was only refunded $199 for the cleaning fee. Will never stay here again.
