All brand newly updated and expanded home! No stone has been left unturned at this gorgeous, waterfront home.
The attention to detail cannot be beat! From the moment you enter the front door, you are welcomed by the beautiful views of the back bay! The location is perfect. A short walk to Times Square or the beach for the most amazing sunsets.

The open floor plan is ideal for you to socialize with your family while on vacation. Chat with the family while cooking a gourmet meal in the fully equipped and stocked kitchen, all brand new appliances. All of the furnishings were purchased in 2024. Be one of our first guests to enjoy this magnificent pool home!

The master bedroom features a new king-sized bed (new headboard and mattress) and an en-suite bath walk-in shower with 3 shower heads. The other guest bedrooms all have queen-sized beds. There is one sleeper sofa, allowing the home to sleep up to 12 people.
The downstairs has a kitchen, living area, full bathroom, and king bedroom and has direct access out to the pool. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Whether you are fishing from the dock, lounging by the pool with your favorite book, playing with the kids in the pool, or having a poolside BBQ, you are certain to enjoy this sanctuary of an outdoor area.

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.

Beautiful property, great location. Very clean, user friendly, had everything we needed. TV’s weren’t set up to watch and live streaming wasn’t an option for our group. Only other comment would be that we could not find a way to turn off the floodlight in the backyard.

Celebrating our October Birthdays

I rented the Harborside on Palermo to celebrate my oldest (30) and my youngest (21) ‘mile marker’ birthdays. My oldest and her husband live in Fort Myer, but we wanted a place to spread out and be close to the beach. Harborside did not disappoint! The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. We spent each evening on the back enclosed porch visiting and playing board games. It was our favorite! The pool was great! I thought it was a small wading pool from pics but it was quite large and to 5’ deep. This adult group loved it. We had one minor faucet fix that needed made, and management was very fast to repair and very courteous. I will definitely rent this home again when visiting my FM kids.
