Newly-built 1-storey House, 3 Bdrms + 2 Bthrms, Hot Showers - Secure Bungalow
Have a clean, peaceful and safe stay in this brand new 3-bedroom bungalow whose rent is much less than any other neighborhood rental. NOTE: If 2 people use 1 bedroom, total payment is as if only 1 person was renting, i.e., only $28 per night. By default, charge is $15 for additional Guest more than 1 person, but Guests are asked to state that they will use only 1 bedroom in order to pay only $28 total for both.Guests per night.
Similarly, 2 couples using 2 bedrooms out of the 3 pay only $56 per night, if that is stated upfront, and 3 couples would pay $84 per night. Guests are not allowed to sleep outside of the bedrooms.
The bungalow is newly built and has simple but new furnishings and appliances. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom and a new air conditioner. The living room has AC too. The common bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms also has a shower, toilet and sink. The house is safe and secured by a perimeter wall, electric fence and cameras. Cameras show who enters the compound, and provided for safety. It has a 1-car parking with ample space in front of house within the compound.

I have been hosting for several years now, am a Superhost for Airbnb, and this is because I enjoy sharing my property with others, just as I get to experience the same when I travel.
Why they chose this property
Close to Manta airport and is only a 5 min drive. Spacious surroundings as plots are empty around it for now. Devent coffee and restaurant on Via Rocofuerte with great Ceviche offered at a reasonable price.
What makes this property unique
Safe and secure as it is surrounded by a Compound wall with electric fence on the top of it, plus cameras operating 24/7. It included an interior parking spot so that Guests do not have to park on the street at night, if they do not want to. Driving distance to beaches, Mal de Pacifica, Cruise Terminal (10 to 15 mins drive) and the Terminal is only 5 - 6 min away, as is Manta airport.
