If you’re looking for a beautiful home when visiting Maryland……. This is your spot!!! Property is close to the inner harbor and close to everything. Also has a rooftop patio that can overlook all of the inner harbor as well of the skyline
The house was beautiful, clean and in a great neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying there.
A few things I would recommend: adding a couple of comfy chairs or loveseat for more seating in the living room and a.pair of night stands and lamps beside the beds.
Overall, a beautiful place to stay.
2 couples celebrating an anniversary, a GREAT RAVENS WIN and New Year’s Eve all in one weekend.
Great location for everything, well within walking distance.
House was very cozy and nice..had everything we needed. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
The house is in a great location to walk to all the area attractions and food. The space is well laid out with separate bathrooms for both the bedrooms. We did have some issues from the cleaning crew not completing their job but the critical items were resolved quickly.
As rated the property was clean, easy to check into and communication with manager was always responded to quickly. We did feel however that the property was rather bare bones and felt like a corporate rental.
My husband, our dog and I enjoyed our stay. Had a slight issue with cleanliness and basic amenities but space was great. Rooftop space was a nice addition (very windy when we were there, but great views) We were there to surprise our daughter on her recent engagement. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere Riverside park was great for us and our dog for lovely walks. We attended a baseball game at Camden Yards which was fun. It was a great weekend. We had a nice comfortable place to stay.
My son and daughter in live in Fed Hill. He is finishing his residency and family came in town to celebrate. The rental was in the perfect location to walk back and forth. It was quiet and felt very safe. I appreciated the extra towels and linens in the basement. Owner promptly responded to all emails. I would recommend this property.
Had a great time. Nice neighborhood. Pretty quiet for the city area. Two things that were a detractment. The parking is tough. All the people loving in the area come home around 4pm and it fills up fast so sometimes you might be several streets from your stay. The second is the stairs. If you have problems with them this is not the place for you. Everything wlsr was a delight.

Daughters Wedding
This property was immaculate! Everything you need is only a few blocks away-sandwiches, pizza, park, and lots of night life if that is your interest. We came for our daughter's wedding that was held at the Museum of the Visionary Arts. We parked our car-parking pass included-and took an uber wherever we needed to go that was not in walking distance. Our dogs were allowed to come with us, which was a big relief.Thank you for such nice accommodations!Owner was very responsive to answer any and all questions.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
1233 William Street Baltimore.
The townhouse was clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water. Parking can be tricky. On street spaces are available during the day, but start to fill up fast around 4:00PM. One major complaint. The washer and dryer are in the basement. The lighting is inadequate and you have to walk up and down a very narrrow, steep, carpeted flight of stairs, with NO railing. If I were the owner/management company I'd be afraid of the liability. These stairs are a fall, injury and lawsuit waiting to happen.
Great location, no washer/dryer, bare bones furnishings
This is overall a nice home--it has the good bones of a decently maintained, brick, Baltimore rowhouse. However, we had a few issues: first, when we arrived, there was a paper coffee cup and napkin on the kitchen counter--we assumed that the cleaners left it there. That was a little gross. Second, we soon realized that there is no washer/dryer in the unit, which are in the listing as available amenities. (There is a sign tacked up saying that the laundry facilities are currently unavailable.) We were counting on using them so it really inconvenienced us. Third, our overall comment is that, with a minimum of financial and time investment, the place could be a lot cozier. As someone else has commented, it's very bare bones and badly needs bedside tables and lamps in the bedrooms, better quality towels, maybe more furniture or decor here and there. It does feel as though the management is trying to spend the absolute minimum on it. That said, the location is amazing--it's on a cute street in a great neighborhood with easy access to lots of what Baltimore has to offer.
