The Space: It features an open living and dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, spa-quality sheets and an ensuite full bathroom, central heat and AC. Historic details include soaring 12-foot ceilings, exposed brick, and original heart pine flooring from the 1880s.
Guest Access: Guests have full and private access of this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home. The building is a double (duplex) and the owner lives in the unit next door. The two units share a dividing wall.
The Neighborhood: This home is located in the historic 7th Ward. This diverse and vibrant neighborhood has old Creole roots and is centrally located. It sits between beautiful Esplanade Ave. and St. Bernard Ave. and has close proximity to the French Quarter, Interstate 10, local restaurants, and coffee shops. It is a very convenient location and only takes about 10 minutes or less to get to most places in the city.
Getting Around: This home is all free 24-hour street parking, you should have no problem getting a spot right out front.
Other Things to Note: This home does contain a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.

The cozy cottage is perfect for an adult couple on vacation. It was very clean and cozy. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and the property manager was very nice and helpful.

Stayed here during the cold snap duration. It's a great little place. Clean, functional and cute. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is because the front door is 10 feet from a super busy street. The good news? You can't hear a thing in the bedroom if you shut the door. I'd stay here again.
The property was very clean and well equipped. I’m giving this three stars overall because of the following: the bed was a little soft for me and therefore uncomfortable. The neighborhood is kind of a challenge, too – I chose this property because it’s close to my son’s place but it’s not convenient to any restaurants or shops, and it’s sketchy for walking around at night.
Located central to shopping and dining.The property is neatly kept. There are quiet, long term renters next door, and other friendly neighbors we enjoyed conversing with.
