It features an open living and dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, spa-quality sheets and an ensuite full bathroom, central heat and AC. Historic details include soaring 12-foot ceilings, exposed brick, and original heart pine flooring from the 1880s.
Guest Access:
Guests have full and private access of this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home. The building is a double (duplex) and the owner lives in the unit next door. The two units share a dividing wall.

This home is located in the historic 7th Ward. This diverse and vibrant neighborhood has old Creole roots and is centrally located. It sits between beautiful Esplanade Ave. and St. Bernard Ave. and has close proximity to the French Quarter, Interstate 10, local restaurants, and coffee shops. It is a very convenient location and only takes about 10 minutes or less to get to most places in the city.
Getting Around:
This home is all free 24-hour street parking, you should have no problem getting a spot right out front.
Other Things to Note:
This home does contain a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
