Perched on the banks of the sparkling Guadalupe River, this condo is the ideal getaway for families and couples alike. Enjoy stunning views, private river access, and a community pool. The condo is located on the first level of the complex, making it easily accessible. * No more than 2 cars are allowed per reservation. Guests will be given 6 wrist bands that must be worn during the entire stay.
Feel at home at Moon River with a spacious living area, full kitchen, and a lovely outdoor space overlooking the Guadalupe River. Take a dip in the community pool or enjoy a cookout on the patio area with an outdoor seating area to include a propane grill. With sleeping for 6 guests, choose from two bedrooms; the master has a king-size bed, a flat-screen television, comfortable linens, a large walk-in shower with a vanity area. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed, flat screen television and a secondary bathroom with shower/tub combo is located just outside the bedroom. Additional sleeping can be found on the sleeper sofa in the living space. The dining room offers seating for 6 and the kitchen is well-equipped with essential appliances to prepare whatever you fancy to make for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. With beautiful river views, the living space hosts a flat screen television perfect for watching movies and plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing. Walk out the sliding doors to the patio area and take a dip in the tranquil river. The community swimming pool offers an escape from the summer heat, while the nearby river shuttle service with tubing provides a thrilling adventure. Unwind in the outdoor seating area on the patio and grill up favorites on the propane grill, enjoy peaceful views of nature on the river banks.
