You’ll love the ocean views framed by treetops from the wonderful Blackberry Hill, a contemporary log home with nearly 3,500 square feet of living space perched on a hillside of conifers. In the great room with its planked cathedral ceiling, you’ll enjoy ocean-view feasts from the dining table under an antler chandelier and relaxed evenings in leather seating around a giant TV and the beautiful rock hearth of the gas fireplace. An exquisite, fully equipped kitchen has gorgeous stone counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas range and an inviting breakfast bar. Good property with a few fixable flaws

The space was great - plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms and the main kitchen/dining/family/living room area was well laid out with a nice ocean view. However, the kitchen appliances need attention. Only one burner on the stove worked, and not very well. The toaster only toasted bread on one side. Last, but not least, we had quite a battle with flies inside the house. We must have killed 50 and could not figure out where they were coming from - that should be easy to fix.

Dog friendly with a view

The dog durable flooring and comfortable layout of this property are wonderful. The view is amazing and the amenities are all serviceable. A good portion of the kitchen equipment is damaged and old so if you plan on cooking you may want to bring your own. The home was mostly clean but there were lots of visible cobwebs and dust on the walls and light fixtures. The property management provided plenty of drinking water which was very appreciated. The water cistern outside looks a little scary with a bottle of bleach sitting next to it. The property is on a well so the water situation can't be helped but cleaning the area up would add a lot to the curb appeal.
