This spacious unit has two floors, both have balconies that overlook the crystal waters of the community pool and the picturesque views of the sugary white sands and beautiful blue waters of Holmes Beach. Relaxing here, you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee while feeling the gulf breezes or be swept away by the unforgettable sunsets!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and make it an evening in and have conversation around the family style table. Conveniently adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Fall into your cozy bed after a long day on the beach. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a lovely in-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Along with the abundance of space in this room it also has a flat screen, smart TV. For additional sleeping the couch has a pull-out sofa.
The guest room is equipped with one queen and one twin bed, a flat screen TV and room for all your new purchases while shopping on Anna Maria Island! The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and there is a second exit out from the top floor.
This coastal condo offers a variety of entertainment beginning in the living room with its large flat screen and comfortable seating. Then outdoors you are invited to make use of the tennis & shuffleboard courts, large, heated pool and spa. Wifi, linens & towels, beach chairs etc. provided.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
