The online pictures do not do this place justice. The property was above our expectations and very clean.

Our stay was fantastic. House was very clean and updated. Property manager (Bruno) was extremely helpful and communicated timely. They kept open lines of communication and reached out a couple times to make sure that our stay was going well. At one point the bathroom outlets were not working and they quickly sent someone same day to reset the breaker and fix the issue. Amenities were great and the property/location is perfect for those going to Disney or Universal. This is our third year now going to Storey Lake and we will keep coming back.

Beautiful rental, quiet, private

The house truly was stunning and provided ample space to accommodate for my large group. The pool is small but 7 guests were still able yo enjoy it. The location is nice and the resort area looks great although we did not utilize it. The main reason I took away stars is because one of the girls informed me her bed sheets had a urine stain which is unpleasant and there were black hairs all over the area rug(none of us have black hair). We also noticed that the tack strips for the carpet on the stairs were poking through in many spots so be careful when you go up and down the stairs. All appliances worked well and were high end. The door lock was easy to use and convenient. I also appreciated the trash disposal bin at the front door and the collection each morning. Overall I’d book again but those few hiccups were a little off putting.

Sorry to hear if there were cleaning issues, our properties are cleaned and inspected prior to being delivered to the guest, if you had any such issues, if you let us know during your stay or as soon as you checked in, our policy is to send an inspector immediately and have it resolved. Carpet is also cleaned frequently by a professional. I am going to have this home inspected again so we can make sure. our future guests are comfortable. We also look forward in hosting you even better next time.
