Hello Cannon Beach Enthusiasts ~
After years of sharing our family beach home with so many wonderful guests, we're very sorry to announce that the house is now for sale. We had closed the calendar to bookings, but the house hasn’t sold yet, so we are opening it back up for the summer, one month at a time. Memorial weekend through June is now available for booking.
The only catch is that we reserve the right to cancel your booking up to 30 days in advance of your arrival, in case of sale, and of course we will fully refund your deposit. Once it is 30 days before your arrival and you make your final payment, we will guarantee your dates.
Feel free to inquire with questions!

We built our Cannon Beach home in the late 1980s and have been enjoying it ever since. It is a large two and a half story home with ocean views to the west and south, including Haystack Rock & the Needles. You can enjoy the views from two sundecks, or from almost every room in the house.
Many of the photos are outdated - we've done many house and furniture improvements!
IN THE HOUSE... a spacious living room and sundeck for lounging & reading; all with ocean views. For stormy nights there is a wood-burning stove/ fireplace. There is also plenty of room for arts/crafts in the dining room area, as well as playing games and doing puzzles.
The main floor King suite has its own private, 3/4 bath and a partial ocean view.
There is a Queen bedroom on the same floor, w/ access to small back deck. Utilizes a second main floor bathroom.
A second Queen bedroom is located on the top story with an amazing view of the coast with its own viewing deck. Utilizes the second main floor bath.
On the first / lower floor there is a comfortable reading / movie watching room, with a wood-burning stove & 50" TV. There are two twin bedrooms on the lower floor, each with two twin beds, that share a bathroom. The laundry room is also located on this floor.
OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE... it is just a five minute walk down to the beach -- our home is located on the east side of Hemlock, the main street that runs through Cannon Beach. You simply have to cross Hemlock and walk down either a small hill or a public staircase to get down to the Beach and Haystack Rock.
Midtown Cannon Beach is a 5-10 minute walk from our home, Downtown is about 20 -- 30 if you're walking on the beach. There is also a shuttle that goes from town that you can take -- no need to drive anywhere!
