Great Stay!!!

I don’t usually write reviews but I had seen some negative reviews and my experience was exactly the opposite. Apartment was easy to access (I arrived very late first night and had no issues). It was clean and spacious, with everything I needed. The host was attentive checking in throughout my stay. And it is in a great location - close to everything. I came to town for the weekend to visit my daughter and her boyfriend and this was the perfect experience. Great gem of a place to stay, I’m looking forward to coming back.

Great spot...as long as air is working

We stayed for Memorial Day weekend while in town for the Indianspolis 500. Overall, the place was nice. Fairly clean (floors weren't mopped and carpet had some stains, but not overtly dirty), and location was excellent. Very detailed check in instructions and roomy. Biggest issue was air was not working. Had it set to 70, and it never got below 74 degrees. Not blazing hot, but uncomfortable for sleeping. Owners made effort to get maintenence in, but being a holiday weekend it didnt get fixed. Owners also offered to move us, but after a very long day at the track, we didn't have the energy to change properties. Its a good spot overall - just make sure air conditioning works well before you go!
