We have added even more disinfecting processes to our already stringent cleaning procedures and provide everything you could ever need for a clean, safe and enjoyable stay.

Three bedroom, two bath, two car garage located in the Mall Hill Estates in the heart of Las Cruces. Walking distance to several restaurants and the Mesilla Valley Mall. The property features an in-ground pool, open concept layout, double-sided gas fireplace, central air-conditioner and heating, new tile flooring, and new stainless steel kitchen appliances, as well as new quartz counters in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The master bath features a garden jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and walk in closet. The grounds have a tropical theme featuring; several palm trees, a vegetable garden, a composite deck, gas BBQ grill and outside dining table for six. There is also a shaded pergola with seating for six overlooking the pool. The backyard is truly a private oasis, featuring mountain and sunset views. Two sun loungers next to the sparkling pool (heated on request for additional charge), and underneath the palm trees finish out the perfect backyard. This house has been completely remodeled and updated inside and out. All bedrooms plus the living room feature new flat screen TV’s, The beds are high end comfort with soft sheets and duvet covers.

One king bed in master with attached bath and walk in closet, second bedroom one queen with walk in closet, and bedroom three features one trundle bed with two singles. This property comfortably sleeps six people.

The property includes WiFi and Dish TV as well as an attached two car garage with access code. The open living area features a 55 inch flat screen TV DVD home entertainment system, new leather sofa, and two reclining chairs. You will not be disappointed with this property it’s truly an oasis in the desert.

There are security cameras on the outdoor premises for the safety of our guests.

A great house with a central location. The kids loved swimming in the pool and the house was clean and everything was labeled. I loved how easy the check in and check out process was. We visit family often in Las Cruces and will be back.

Very clean! Comfortable, spacious home, lovely quiet neighborhood. Very responsive host. We had one issue - smoke alarm low-battery beeping at night; messaged host and someone was there to replace it in minutes. We used the outdoor seating quite a big; it is very nice.

Mini Staycation

Great Monthly Stay

Quiet neighborhood, very comfortable home that has everything you need. Host was responsive and cared about our comfort and safety. This is a well maintained home to explore the Las Cruces/Mesilla area for a month.

Great stay!

Visiting family for Thanksgiving and this house made our stay nice and easy. A great location, close to anything needed. The backyard was better than the pictures and gave the kids a good place to hangout, play and even swim (in November!). We're already booked for our next family trip to LC.

This property was worth every penny. Beautiful home, very clean. Master bed was very comfortable. Has a kereg coffee maker with pods provided. Crockpot, toaster, plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans and plenty of plates and cups for everyone. We were in town visiting family and they came to the house for dinner one evening and we had everything we needed. Property is beautiful and comfortable. We spent most of our time out back near the pool. I would definitely stay again.

This was a great mini vacation! Everything you need from cooking utensils to pool floats are there for you to use! You just need bring your food and swimsuits. I can't wait to go back back!

Very family friendly

This was the perfect place for a family gathering, except for the glass top dining table! The kitchen was set up to cook and entertain and had everything you’d need. We had a great time at this property, it was set up so nicely look for everyone.

A bit disappointed

Everything was good and clean until the roaches. The sugar cubes has tiny roaches crawling inside the box and roaches in the main bedroom bathroom. Overall the property was beautiful and check in was very easy

Great place!

Samuel's place was exactly what we were hoping for. His place is way better than any hotel - more room, private pool, excellent value. We had plenty of room for our group of 6. Lots of extras including books, games, video games, DVD library, and kitchen equipment beyond what you'd expect in a basic kitchen. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and shopping and restaurants are very close by. We will definitely keep Samuel's info and rent from him again when we visit the area.

Although we didn't really use the pool because the temperature in Las Cruces was too mild that week, we really enjoyed our stay. The fireplace was a nice touch, but it was the sense of hospitality that was the big winner. Simply put, everything was thought of. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and an array of cooking utensils. The backyard has a comfortable feel. We hope to visit again.

Oasis in the Desert

This house was absolutely perfect for our Christmas in Las Cruces. The house is beautifully appointed with everything you might need available, we lacked nothing during our stay. I hosted Christmas Breakfast and even had serving platters! The pool was fun and the backyard is so inviting and great to hang out in (weather permitting!) So spacious, so comfortable...just everything you want in a Getaway Rental. It exceeds expectation! I would absolutely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it!! Kudos to the Management staff.

Perfect for Family

We were in town for a few days visiting local family, and decided to rent a house instead of a hotel room so we'd have more space to spread out. This house was perfect, and in a great location - near the mall and restaurants. Everything was clean and beautiful and the beds were comfortable. We loved having coffee on the back patio in the morning, surrounded by palm trees and the mountains in the distance. We had a few family members over for a cookout (with permission from the owner), and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to cook a meal. Will 100% stay here again if we are back in Las Cruces. If you're looking for restaurants, we found a hidden gem nearby at Tiffany's Deli and Pizza - wonderful greek food and pizza!
