For a family of 9 this house had plenty of room. The golf cart was also a nice addition as we used it to get all around 30A. Great location as well.

Perfect homebase

Our family had a fantastic time at Magical Memories. Everything was exactly as described and as pictured. The location was great and everyone on the trip had a great time enjoying the pool, beach access and the Beaches of 30A made everything easy. Amazing location to kick off our Spring Break! House was more than enough for 3 moms and 5 teenage girls. Easy walk to the beach or drive to Seaside. Check in was easy and the management team answered a couple questions quickly and efficiently.

Overall great house. Great space. Very nice to have a screened in porch and a pool in the backyard. The furniture was very comfy as well. The only problem we had was there was a miscommunication with the bed rental place and the management company called and was very rude and wouldn’t even let us talk. Again overall great house! Customer service was a little lacking.

We really enjoyed this property. There were a couple of very minor issues that were resolved immediately. The communication with the host and the response times were excellent, even after hours. Would definitely recommend this location. Easy access to beach and close to restaurants . My family was there during college spring break this year. The area was very quiet even with large groups of kids nearby.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect house for our family. We had plenty of room for our family of 12. We especially enjoyed having our own little private pool and we really appreciated having the golf cart to get to and from the beach. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

House was very nice! But didn’t like it he back views from 2nd & 3rd floor not very appealing! Also the bathroom floors on 2 be floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Also bathrooms could use some hooks to hang towels and swimsuits. Could use or make people aware they need to bring child safety locks on doors! Kitchen will stocked for all needs! Also some beach chairs for renters to use would be nice. Pool was small at house but very nice to cool off in. Community pool was nice!

Magical House, Magical Vacation!

Wow! This house on Magical Way was perfect for what we needed: It was beautiful, spacious and close to the ocean. We loved the outdoor pool and screened-in porch as well as the golf car for trips to the beach! Our host, Kathy, was also friendly and helpful. Thanks for a magical experience!

Great house!

We had an amazing time staying in 30A area! This house is located in perfect location! Within walking distance to the beach. Dune Allen Beach is beautiful! It was super convenient to have a golf cart right there on the driveway whenever we needed it. The house inside was brand new! We enjoyed the back porch and kids had a blast at the community pool which was just few steps from the door. The house manager Jason was super helpful whenever we had any questions. Overall we had a great experience.

Location, location, location! What a beautiful beach house in a lovely subdivision. The three master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were fantastic. The kids’ bunk room was fabulous and large with its own en-suite The hall bunks were perfect for the young grandsons. We all enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch and pool. With the pool alarm, it kept the kids safe as we watched from the porch. Getting to the beach and restaurants was easy on the new golf cart and bikes we rented. The community pool was across the street and enjoyed by all.

End of Summer

The house was great, and the kids (four of them, ranging in age from 4 - 10) loved the house. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the kitchen was stocked very well. The check-in process was very easy, along with the check-out process. The daily texts probably are a nice touch to some folks, but frankly, I did not read them. It would have made such a huge difference on many fronts had the house provided beach towels. I do laundry almost every day anyway, throwing beach towels in the washer at the end wouldn't be difficult.

Good place

Overall this house for the price is nice. It’s missing a few cooking amenities but has most of what you need. Biggest thing to prepare yourself for is if you put kids in the bunk room on the 3rd floor…it is VERY loud every time they get down to use the bathroom or even just walk around. The insulation in between the floors is non existent. Other than that it’s good house and close to the beach as long as you have a golf cart.
