The property is clean, new, and well-organized. The kitchen is well stocked with most everything you need on a short stay, including things like scissors, plastic bowls, cups, and plates for kids, a vegetable peeler, and a kettle for the stovetop for boiling water for tea. The property is walkable to downtown golden, though it’s probably a half hour walk to downtown.

Great Getaway

The condo was very clean. The location was perfect to enjoy all things in Golden. The owner was so easy to work with. We had everything we needed and then some. The bed and furniture were all comfortable. The linens and towels were plentiful and nice. The treats were a nice touch and the folder with all the information about Golden and the surrounding area was so thorough. We will stay again for sure the next time we visit our son!

Clean and convenient condo

We stayed for 3 nights to visit our son and his wife who live in Golden. The condo was very clean and everything looked new. There was plenty of parking with easy access via elevator, grocery across the street (although we did not eat or cook there) and downtown was only 1 mile (easy walk) away. Amenities included shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, coffee, tea and a welcome basket of snacks. TV was easy to use and there is a Bluetooth speaker available. The condo was perfect for our needs. Thanks to the owners for sharing!
