The spacious 90 sqm apartment villa features a king master bedroom that opens onto an expansive sunbathed balcony with stunning views over Fairy Bower and Shelly Beach headland.

The all-weather balcony features a mid-century modern cane outdoor lounge setting for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Also opening onto the balcony is a dedicated dining and leisure space with views over Fairy Bower (a great spot to open your laptop, read a magazine or play cards).

The plush lounge area features a two-seater sofa and twin armchairs for relaxing after a day in the sun. A juliet balcony off the lounge room and over Bower Lane provides another vantage point to enjoy the water views and local scene.

Each space is well ventilated with sea breezes and ceiling fans. The all-weather balcony can be fully enclosed with storm shutters and has an outdoor electric heatstrip for enjoying the magical ocean ambience in cooler weather and into the evening. There are two electric heaters inside to make the space cosy all year round.

Bower Lane comes with a fully equipped kitchen including Breville Nespresso coffee maker and bathroom with shower and washer/dryer.
There is also a smart TV, portable Bluetooth speaker and high-speed WiFi internet throughout.

Longer stay guests will enjoy the flexibility and privacy of the space for both holiday leisure and hybrid working in an inspiring location.

The apartment villa is located on the top floor of a boutique art-deco-style block of four, with direct walking access to the ocean and Cabbage Tree Bay aquatic reserve. A dedicated car space is available for guests free of charge on request.

Fairy Bower Sea Pool is 50 meters, Shelly Beach 200 meters and Manly Beach 200 meters, all by level oceanfront walkways. You're in the heart of the 'Manly Mediterranean' with stunning coastal walks, the best swimming and snorkelling in Sydney and iconic surfing breaks.
