Superb location right opposite the beach and near to airport and Glenelg. The accommodation had everything that we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed it.Our host was really friendly and got back to us when we had a question. Highly recommend.
We stayed at this delightful property for Gather Rd, the property was beachy in feel in terms of internal design, had great views, direct access across the road to a light brown sandy beach, lots of activity, people walking dogs etc, but quiet. Beds super comfortable, all the conevniences youd need, well set up, very homely feel, clean, roomy. Parking a plenty, great walking distance into Jetty Rd, Glenelg, 10 minutes, highly recommend, we'll be back.
We stayed here for 12 days over Christmas. I found the property to be perfect for our needs as a family of 4 with two teenagers. Property is very comfotable and clean with many, many extras I didnt expect which was amazing! Host Kirsten was very helpful both before and during our stay and had left an above average food pack in the fridge which was very thoughtful and unnecessary. The location is a very desireable area right accross from a well used yet quiet part of Glenelg beach. We were swimming in the sea many days. The local shops and tram station to the city is about a 25 minute walk from the property (albeit I struggle with back problems so others may find it less). We used the tram a few times. We dined at quite a few restraunts in Glenelg which were all good. We hired a car and found there are plenty supermarkets nearby as well as a golf course, adventure park and Harbour retail outlet shopping centre. Easy parking directly opposite the property. There is no hottub at the property but we likely would not have used it anyway given the time of year and temperatures. I would say for the location and the price this was an excellent choice and I would definately love to stay here again. given it was a sum. our staybrv
