Queenwood, Private Quiet Guest House

Quiet double glazed guest house in a private garden setting - enjoy the Tui constantly flying through the area. Ideally situated only a short drive to Chartwell Square, the Base, Hamilton Gardens and with easy access to the expressway.

Kitchenette - electric hob, benchtop oven,
microwave, Kettle, toaster. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided.
Front loader washing machine and drying rack.
Gas heating, electric blanket.
Linen - sheets, duvet, pillows, towells, tea towells.
Parking outside gate on street (quiet cul de sac).
Key accessed via lockbox.
Guest house is at the front of my property with it's own private entrance and two outdoor courtyards, I am available if you require help or have any questions otherwise I will respect your privacy.
