Gorgeous Getaway Toowoon Bay
Large 4 bedroom entertainers delight nestled in between the lake and the beach. Open plan living with outdoor entertaining overlooking picturesque pool and backyard. Equipped with trampoline, cubby house and swing to entertain all the children. Within walking distance to Tuggerah Lakes Cycleway, beaches (1km to Toowoon Bay Beach and 1.1km to North Shelly Beach), local cafes and boutique shops.

Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 are large rooms equipped with reverse cycle air conditioners and ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 provides a comfortable Queen bed and a portable fan.

You will have access to a one car garage that us attached to the house and the driveway and free street parking. Plenty of off street parking always available as well.
