It was a great experience easy access to shopping and restaurants. Very nice interior and worked great for our group of 6. A nice quiet street with plenty of parking for our three vehicles. If in the area again I would rent this spot again if available.

Overall, the house provided what we needed especially with the fenced in yard for the dogs, which was our main priority for the weekend. Luckily, it was only one person because the bathroom was very small and would have been challenging for a larger group. My biggest concern was the dead bugs in multiple rooms. Good to know they spray for bugs, but would have appreciated a good vacuum of the dead bugs before arrival. Additionally, while responses were quick, I had asked more than a week in advance if we could arrange late checkout. I continued to get responses until the day of checkout saying they still did not know and had not heard from the property manager. That lead me to believe that the communication was potentially with AI and not a person. So we never were told yes or no to late checkout, which would have been helpful for our schedule or at least planning.

Met our needs while in town to visit family. Has all the amenities and is clean. Beds could use a refresh but otherwise the place was comfortable, quiet, and safe.

The house is on a quiet, family-friendly street…close to Golf/Milwaukee. Updated kitchen and bathroom and nice bedrooms. My kids and I enjoyed our stay! I wasn’t a super fan of the digital keypad entry…we had some challenges with locking/unlocking the house, but we were able to figure it out.

I want to start with the property overall and communication from the property manager was great. However, there are two big reasons for my low overall score.
1. The kitchen was not cleaned when we arrived. There was unwrapped meat and a full fridge of food. Completely full - not just left over beer and condiments. There was also a dirty pan that had been left in the oven with also unknown meat as well.
2. After leaving for a few hours we came home to find that every door except for the one with the lock on it, and the windows were all unlocked. It was very hard to sleep after this was discovered.

We take security and cleanliness seriously. While steps were in place to ensure proper cleaning and security, we have implemented additional SOP’s with our cleaning partners to address these concerns promptly to prevent any reoccurrence.

House wasn’t cleaned from previous guest upon arrival
We arrived at 9pm to find the house filthy, dirty towels piled on the bathroom floor, sink full of old food, garbage disposal not working so we couldn’t use the dishwasher. There was NO TOLIET PAPER! The master bedroom had no bedding and there was none available to make the bed. After contacting the manager, he sent a cleaning person who arrived at 10:15 pm and only cleaned the bathroom and master bedroom. She was able to retrieve bedding and toilet paper from a locked closet. It was too late to do more as we were tired from a 9 hour drive and had our dog. She left at 11:15. It was difficult to get in because you had to hit the first number of the code 3 times to get started, no one told us about this. I spoke to the manager about the garbage disposal and he had me take pictures of the button next to the sink and underneath the sink. I had already checked everything and told him it’s NOT working. Needless to say, it never got fixed and I just washed dishes by hand, you can’t use the dishwasher if the disposal isn’t working. All the old food comes up into the sink. There was also bedding stuffed in the washer and dryer upon our arrival, both still wet so we had to deal with that. No detergent left for us. The kitchen wasn’t stocked in the way of spices, basically anything and the refrigerator wasn’t clean. Most places will have a few snacks for guests and have basic spices, maybe some olive oil, etc. I expect to find dog hair in a dog friendly place, but nothing was vacuumed.
