Enjoy a relaxing stay in a lush tropical setting. This spacious and cozy home can sleep up to 9 guests comfortably and is located near some of the best attractions in Florida. Whether you want to enjoy the stunning Anna Maria Island Beaches and restaurants, or nearby Bradenton, Sarasota, Longboat, Siesta Key, and more! Only steps to the expansive GT Bray Park with beautiful trees and disc golf, bike trails, pickleball, baseball fields, football fields, basketball, lacrosse, skate park, playgrounds, dog park, pool, and picnic areas. Just up the road is Desoto Park, Robinson Preserve, Perico Preserve, Neal Preserve and just a couple of miles to IMG Academy. You will find everything you need within easy reach.

Tropic House is a single-level property with a unique layout that features 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, each with its own wing for privacy and convenience. The primary suite has a king size bed and a dual-sided bathroom suite. It also has direct access to the Lanai with a heated saltwater pool. The second bedroom has a king bed and triple bunk beds (bunk bed and trundle) and a private bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub across the hall with access to the pool. The home also has a large family-style kitchen with tons of counter space, a dining room and living room that both open to the Lanai, high-speed Internet, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Outside the large Lanai is surrounded by lush tropical foliage on over an acre for privacy! You can relax by the heated pool, enjoy the shade under the umbrella, sun on the loungers, have a meal at the table and chairs or use the outdoor shower. You can also visit the pond, sit on the small deck and watch the turtles, lizards, frogs and other wildlife or find a quiet spot under the Old Oak Tree to listen to the birds.
