We thought the property was outstanding. Parking is a bit tricky, but other than that it was close to everything we needed. Even though close to the airport, inside we didn’t hear any noise outside. My niece had 2 young boys and she liked that the property was surrounded by a fence and they were able to go from upstairs to downstairs and down to the patio.

The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. It had fun and high tech amenities like bidets and Bluetooth connectivity. It was spacious and hosted our full group with ease, and the dual floor nature allowed for some extra space and privacy. We were also very impressed with the soundproofing given how close it is to the airport! We loved staying there!

Great stay in a convenient location

Loved this property that was large enough for me and my family to stay in town for a wedding. Great views and fun backyard that was very accommodating.

Our extended family stayed here for a week for a wedding. The location was convenient for visiting the various sites around town - beaches, the zoo, downtown, Little Italy, Cabrillo National Monument, the Midway Museum, and Coronado. We enjoyed watching the planes, boats and trains from the front window and did not find it to be too loud. I highly recommend renting a car. We thought we might be able to use trains and Ubers to get around but with a three generation group, we needed a car. Parking was never an issue. We appreciated that the rental was stocked with a lot of necessities. I contacted maintenance once with questions about one of the showers and they were extremely responsive and thorough. I’d stay here again.

Great Stay in San Diego

Beautiful home

Great location. Close to Little Italy, and touring/dinner and the water. Looked recently updated and very clean. We loved having two spaces to relax in. I would highly recommend this rental for groups!

Great Location

Our stay was great. Very clean with plenty of room for 6 employees to have their own room. A short Uber ride for us to get to the Convention Center which worked out perfect for us to not need a rental vehicle.Thank you-

Perfect access getaway

The property was awesome relaxing and fun. Easy access to tons of places. All the bedrooms had 1 bed not 2 or bunk bed which was a big plus.this property had enough to keep us busy when we were not out exploring the city and best of all the owner Daniel was very prompt in addressing a WiFi issue that was resolved immediately

This home was perfect for our stay. We had a group of 10 women and we were all extremely comfortable and had enough space. The comfy beds and double hot tubs were a hit! If you're looking for a gorgeous oasis in the heart of san diego this is your place.

Super comfortable stay!

We had 8 extended family members together for 4 days after Disneyland and had a wonderful time at this property! Everything was very clean and well cared for, with comfortable beds and other furniture, 2 hot tubs and lovely yard to enjoy! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Even though the house is very close to the airport, freeway and train line, it is comfortably quiet inside and we were not disturbed really at all. If we are back in San Diego, would definitely stay here again!

Great family trip to San Diego!

We loved the home- it was perfect for our stay in San Diego. It was great having the 2 separate houses and there were so many activities for the kids. We also enjoyed the view- including the airport. It was fun watching the planes. It was a perfect location for exploring the different areas around San Diego. We would definitely recommend this home!

This was a great stay. The views were awesome. The house was clean. The amenities were amazing. We really appreciated being able to play cornhole. We were in an out of the place for a conference and it was an easy central location to traverse from. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the San Diego area

It's a great spot with lots of space for men heading to a work convention. We were able to come "home" after a long day of meetings and unwind in a beautiful outdoor space.

Great hosts - great house

This place was the perfect home base for a recent friends trip to San Diego. The house is very spacious and was thoughtfully stocked with all the accoutrements that we might need during our stay. We had a couple of questions during our visit and the hosts answer via text very promptly. The location is a bit loud with the nearby freeway and airport, but you couldn't ask for a more convenient location to get to the tourist stops and downtown. We would definitely stay here or at another of their properties if we visit San Diego again.

Great Stay

Everything about this place was awesome. Just as described on line. Supper clean, lots of games and very very nice. Had one request and it was granted within a few minutes. My only concern before arriving was the parking situation. There was plenty of parking on the street. We always had a spot almost directly in front of the house. Would definitely book again.

Great place for a large family

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and well stocked. We don’t typically cook while we’re on vacation, but if this is something you like doing, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would do. Beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. We were busy while we were here (Padres game,San Diego Zoo, Sea World) but when we were at the house, we were all very comfortable. I appreciated the check in information regarding parking do’s & don’ts. Communication with the owner/team was good. Enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend.

Perfect Location

We stayed at the Great Escape 3 for a Marine Graduation. The location was PERFECT. The house was exactly what we needed, we wanted for nothing. It is so nice for extended family to get up in the morning in the same place and visit over coffee, eat in peace and be able to talk to everyone. When we were finally able to bring our Marine home, everyone was able to visit with him and stay up late playing games. This is something we could not do at a hotel. I highly recommend Rental With a View.
