Summary:
A rare-to-find stylish oasis features spectacular pool and outdoor settings. Alongside the pool are our dramatic 6 windows(六扇门) , full-height to our expansive lounge and kitchen ceiling.
CCTV monitored in our outdoor area which is bonus for guest needing peace of mind for higher safety.
Dec. 2023 update: Air conditioning and pool issues resolved. Enjoy our brand-new kitchenware including microwave and capsule coffee maker.

The Space:
This 3 bedrooms oasis features:

- Designer touches and a monochrome palette highlight a stunning sun-bathed home complete with matte Australian hardwood floors, luxe main suite
hydronic heating, RC/evap cooling.

A separate summer house comes with a trundle bed can sleep another 2 guests if you're having more than 6 guests.

Update in early March 2024:
The pool was fitted with a brand new pool robot to better maintain the pool.
The deck's exterior has also been renovated.

Community ethics_Bin collection note:
If you happen to be staying the night of Sunday, pls make sure to pull the bins to the street-side on the grass, council will clear the bins every Monday, if you're not sure which bin to pull out, check the neighbours. Pls pull them back after they're emptied.

Please help us keep our home clean by taking care of all garbage you accumulate during your stay. We'd also appreciate it if you could separate waste, recycling, and organics into the designated bins. Nice property but description not entirely accurate
This is a lovely house and is, for the most part, very inviting. The positives we found was that the house was very well stocked, the pool was excellent, and water pressure in showers was fantastic. The air conditioning in central living area was very good. It is in a nice location and the tram line is immediately outside the front door. We did have a very nice stay and there is plenty of great things about the property, however, unfortunately, we did have a couple of concerns. The concern was we found the listing to be somewhat misleading. It was listed as 3 x Queen Beds and 1 x Single Bunk bed. What we found was that two bedrooms were with Queen beds, however, the third was not a Queen but a smaller sized "Double". The bunk bed was a single bed with a trundle pullout bed, which would be fine, however, it is located in an external small building separated from the main house, with only a deadbolt to lock/unlock the sliding door. Certainly not a location we'd be comfortable having children sleep in, which we anticipated to do given the "bunk bed" description. Other than that we had a great stay.
