* Bedrooms upstairs: there are 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed well positioned with view of the neighbours and bright natural vibe. Bedroom 2 includes 1 double sized wall bed which can easily be folded out into a workspace and 1 king single bed which sleeps an extra person.
* Bedroom 3 downstairs: with en-suite shower, toilet and tiled heated floor. Double sized wall bed that can be folded out into a workspace.

* The kitchen boasts Bosch cooking appliances with island breakfast bar and abundant storage. Gleaming polished Tasmanian Oak floors are combined with lustrous stone.

It’s ideally positioned close to public transport, Hartwell Station is only 550m away on the Alamein Line. The tram #75 to Melbourne CBD is 5 mins walk.
Getting Around:
The famous Camberwell Sunday Market is within 5 minutes drive.
Walk to Hartwell cafes, shops and Leo's Supermarket, nearby Fordham Garden, Lynden Park, and a short distance to Camberwell Junction and and some of Melbourne's elite primary and secondary schools.
Other Things to Note:
- For everyone will be staying, image of the photo ID is required.
- Currently the garage is not for short stay guest's use, so please feel free to park on driveway (only for one car) or use the free street parking with no time limit.
Community ethics_Bin collection note:
If you happen to be staying the night of Monday, pls make sure to pull the bins to the street-side on the grass, council will come and clear the bins every Tuesay, if you are not sure which bin to pull out, check the neighbors. Pls pull them back after they are emptied.
Please help us keep our home clean by taking care of all garbage you accumulate during your stay. We'd also appreciate it if you could separate waste, recycling, and organics into the designated bins.
