> Car parking - Off-street parking is available for maximum 3 vehicles. There is no on-street parking on the street frontage.

>Stairs - Please note this is two-storey home with stairs between the entry & upper bedroom level & main living level below. There are also steps from the balcony deck to the pool, spa & garden area.

>Swimming Pool - The pool is heated with a swimming season that typically extends from late October until late April.

>Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm or 1pm where the option of early check-in has been purchased. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).

> No noise that has the potential to disturb neighbours shall be made at any time during the designated “quiet hours” of 9:00pm and 8:00am.

>Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
