This house is perfectly located, cozy and comfortable. We had more space than we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the front porch for early morning coffee and evening cocktails. The AC was top notch, the kitchen well appointed and beds comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this pretty house when we were in town for a wedding. It is bright, nicely decorated and very clean. The rooms are comfortable and kitchen and dining area are spacious. We especially loved the front porch where we spent time enjoying the summer evenings looking out over tree-lined street. We will definitely be back!

Great location for young families

This is such a great central location for the river walk, Wrightsville Beach, Kure beach, Carolina Beach and the aquarium. So much to do on a long weekend for young families and this house fit us all comfortably. The owners also took the time to consider all the needs of young families including a high chair, pack n play and even children’s books. Very thoughtful. Thank you!

Carolina Place

Charming home and nice quiet neighborhood good for walking. Home was walkable to the Cargo District with lots of fun outdoor bars, coffee shops and food trucks! We were a party of 7 and were very comfortable staying here. Check in and all communications with property manager were excellent. I would suggest bringing your own soap and shampoos as the house did not come with those. Overall a very nice stay and would come back!!

A fantastic graduation Weekend

This home was the perfect place for our family to gather for my daughter's college graduation. It is so charming and we had no problem having plenty of comfortable space for our large family. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this place. Well appointed with everything you need and so charming. Located right by the cargo district and close to all our events on UNCW campus. Being able to come back to the home at the end of a long and exciting day and sit on the front porch and visit is a memory that will certainly stay with all of us. Now that we have a child living full time in Wilmington, this will be our home away from home!!!

It was a perfect location, quiet neighborhood, and lots of bathrooms. I didn't give it a 5 star because they did not supply soap. The only soap is from what others left behind. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it and would go back again. We recommend it. Thank you honey

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this charming house! It had a keyless entry, which made it easy for all the guests to get in/out of the house. There was street parking (first come first serve) and we could always find a spot near the house. It was fenced in and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The house was clean and came with all the necessities. All cabinets and lights were labeled, so it was easy to find anything you needed. It came with the essentials + hair dryer, games, coloring/toys/books for kids, playing cards, detergent pods, and trash bags. Tyler (the guest contact) was quick to respond and helpful. I would book this house again!

Very Accomodating

Right when we arrived the air was out upstairs! But they had an HVAC company there in 30 minutes (9PM!!) who corrected it immediately! Awesome! The only thing to be aware of is that to access upstairs there is a very narrow stairway. Just handle with care! Otherwise, clean, great and extremely accommodating and so CLOSE to downtown! Thank you!
