Disappointing Host

Place is good and clean. Apart from it, it's a very Disappointing stay. BBQ is rusty however agent gave the heads up about it. But No Wi-Fi internet for the entire period of the stay. Although we informed the agent about the issue, they have not made any attempt to fix it, except tried to fool us by telling various lies. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Hi Don, Thank you for your stay and for your feedback. The BBQ is available, and please note that we addressed the internet issue promptly. The host contacted the internet service provider multiple times and replaced the router, and now the internet problem has been resolved. We are committed to providing our guests with a perfect stay in Hobart, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the internet issue this time. We hope to provide an even more perfect stay next time. Wishing you all the best. Warm regards Bryan
