You will have the entire house and property to yourself. There is a small storage shed in the backyard that is not available for guests.

Getting Around:
Many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive vehicle is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.
GPS is accurate, however please follow our directions as some of the other approaches take you down fairly rough roads.

POOL & HOT TUB HEATING
• Hot tub heating is always free.
• Pool heating (Oct–Apr) available for an extra charge:
• May & Sept: $150/night
• Oct & Apr: $200/night
• Nov–Dec & Mar: $300/night
• Jan–Feb: Not available
• Please request 48 hours before arrival.
• No diving, running, glass, or loud noise after 10 PM.
• No intoxicated swimming. No lifeguard on duty.
DOGS
• Up to 2 dogs allowed; $100 fee. Please notify in advance.
EVENTS / PHOTOSHOOTS
• Not permitted without prior approval, permits, and fees.
CAMERA
• One Ring camera faces the driveway.
CELL SERVICE
• Limited in some areas; enable Wi-Fi calling.
