Located on prestigious Key Royale on Anna Maria Island, Lazy Lizard Lair is the perfect location for your vacation. Situated a beautiful canal, bring the boat and enjoy the view.

Our single level ranch style home is full of natural light and offers a open and airy flow between the kitchen, living, and dining rooms. With a dining table for six and kitchen bar seating for four, your family will have plenty of space to enjoy meals together.

The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk in shower and separate tub. The two additional bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. These guest rooms offer a king bed and queen bed. Both of the king bedrooms feature a patio door to the outside living space. Each bedroom includes a TV, and crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The large, screened lanai overlooks the pool and is furnished with patio lounge furniture. A sparkling, heated pool highlights the backyard and is surrounded by pool loungers, Adirondack chairs, a patio dining set, and a gas grill.

Guests will also enjoy the putting green and relaxing in Adirondack chairs while fishing from the dock.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The maximum occupancy is six guests and this home requires a minimum stay of 28 nights.
