Kitchen has granite counters all stainless steel appliances and offers everything needed to cook as well as all kitchen essentials. There is 1 fully closed bedroom with a queen size bed and closets to arrange your personal items. The living room has a Leather L couch , a 2nd Leather futon couch that turns into a bed plus an electric inflatable air bed that can be set up if needed at your request.
For young children there is a pack & play that can also be supplied at your request. There’s a modern Bathroom with a bathtub & shower that has a private en-suite entrance off the Bedroom. Plus Separate Laundry room & AC in the condo .There is 1 garage space provided and a 2nd garage available for an extra fee, plus additional garage pay parking available in the building , the subway station is just steps away only a 2min walk plus City Bixi Bikes available right outside the building and Taxi always in the area.

Great location, beautiful place

Everything was great. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Notre Dame. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Christie was super helpful, provided useful information and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great location!

A super clean and organized place and the owner thought of everything. Condo was close to everything. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The only thing the building doesn’t have is a pool. But there’s so much to do in old Montreal, you won’t need it!
